Mr. Childress attributes his success to hard work and dedication as well as to his determination and self-discipline. After working as a cabinetmaker for a few years, he settled on truck driving after working for a farmer and for other clients and, after enjoying it, decided to open his own trucking business. Becoming a business owner and managing his own business successfully has been what Mr. Childress considers to be his most notable accomplishment. In the coming years, he intends to grow the business and upgrade his trucking tools and equipment.
