Dana Lyn Arnone

Title: Owner
Company: Reliance Home Senior Services
Location: Massapequa, New York, United States

Dana Lyn Arnone, Owner at Reliance Home Senior Services, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in senior care and nonprofit administration.

With decades of experience to her credit, Ms. Arnone has excelled as the owner of Reliance Home Senior Services since 2017. In addition to this position, she has found further success as the founder of All Things Home Care since 2020 and Essential Transport New York since 2022. She previously served as the owner of Wise Healthcare Staffing. Ms. Arnone began her career as a registered nurse, a role in which she worked for 30 years.

Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Arnone pursued an education at Suffolk County Community College, at which she completed coursework. Beyond her primary responsibilities, she has contributed to the Women’s Advisory Council. Likewise, Ms. Arnone has been affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise, including 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East.

In light of her exceptional undertakings, Ms. Arnone was recognized as the Businessperson of the Year in Long Island. She attributes her wealth of professional success to her unwavering faith, as she believes her work comes to her naturally as she wakes up with a purpose and guidance towards what she must do in life. Ms. Arnone is likewise motivated by the lack of respect given to health care workers, especially those working in the home health space as she has been greatly inspired to provide her employees with better educational opportunities and the resources needed to succeed.

Although she initially hoped to become a fashion journalist, Ms. Arnone’s lifelong exposure to the field of healthcare inspired her to seek a profession in which she could help others and decided upon nursing. She eventually pivoted toward the nonprofit space out of a desire to advocate for the voiceless in society, even going as far as to implement a home care clinical rotation syllabus for nursing students at Farmingdale State College. Proud to work alongside her family with her nonprofits, she is incredibly grateful to have established both Reliance Home Senior Services and All Things Homecare. Looking toward the future, Ms. Arnone hopes to continue building her agencies to the point where she can offer free transportation and educational services to health care workers in need in addition to completing her work on a television commercial emphasizing the importance of home health care.
