Engaged in cooking since he was a child, Mr. Fazzone has found success since 2016 as the owner of Eddie F’s Eatery. Located on Clinton Street in Saratoga Springs, New York, Eddie F’s Eatery offers a variety of menu options, from seafood dishes to American favorites. Passionate about cooking, Mr. Fazzone learned his craft from watching his father and grandmother.
Alongside his primary endeavors, Mr. Fazzone garnered experience as a supervisor with JM Family Enterprises for 12 years. He has also served as the owner of his own landscaping business, and is affiliated with the Saratoga Springs Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Fazzone enjoys spending his time cooking, managing his racing and restaurant businesses, and researching horses, sports and racing.
In addition to his success as a restaurateur, Mr. Fazzone has ventured into horse racing. Since 2018, he has been the owner of Eddie F’s Racing, and even had his horse, Chowda, named by his customers. Mr. Fazzone put up a Facebook page with possible names for the horse and allowed his customers to choose. He has long been interested in horse racing since his initial foray into the sport in 1990, when he worked alongside a family friend who was a trainer. Mr. Fazzone’s horses boast five stakes wins, and Chowda’s full brother, Lobsta, was VA Certified as the 3-year-old Colt of the Year in 2021. To honor his late son, Mr. Fazzone named another horse R Boy Little Eddie, and works to raise awareness of addiction issues.
Still intimately involved with the operation of his businesses, Mr. Fazzone has received multiple accolades for his accomplishments as an entrepreneur. He was listed in the Best of Saratoga Today in 2022, and Eddie F’s Eatery received a Top 7 Best Seafood in New York State award in 2021. Additionally, Mr. Fazzone’s restaurant has been recognized as the Best Fish Fry in Saratoga and Best Seafood in Saratoga. In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, he remains committed to engaging in charitable works, sponsoring a baseball game for his community, donating bicycles, and fundraising for the Healing Springs Recovery and Outreach Center in Saratoga Springs.
