Ms. Jennings attended California State University, Fresno, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in food science and dietetics in 2014. In 2018, she became a licensed real estate broker. She began her professional pursuits as a training mentor with Jamba Juice Franchisor SVP LLC, a yoga instructor at the California State University, Bakersfield, Student Recreation Center, and a server for Brookdale Senior Living Inc. From 2011 to 2012, she was a team member with CFA Properties Inc.
For her accomplishments in real estate, Ms. Jennings is a two-time recipient of ICON Agent status with eXp Realty. She has maintained affiliation with the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Sacramento Association of Realtors. Alongside her professional endeavors, she is active in her local church and contributes to Homes for Heroes. In addition, Ms. Jennings is the co-founder of the Made 4 More Foundation.
Ms. Jennings attributes her success to the strong professional network she has built over the years despite changing career paths multiple times. She believes her career changes have made her more flexible, resourceful, and adaptable. As a realtor, Ms. Jennings considers being recognized as Rookie of the Year by a brokerage the highlight of her career, as the honor was given to her because of the large number of houses she sold and the positive reviews she received.
