Al Da Silva, MHA, MBA, RN, Founder and Chief Executive Officer at DaSilva Consulting LLC, and Chief Operating Officer at 217 Solutions, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in business and operations management.
Mr. Da Silva prepared for his career in business at Jackson State Community College, completing coursework before graduating from Union University with a bachelor’s degree in biology in 2002. In 2005, he graduated from Union University with a Master of Business Administration, and in 2007, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Mr. Da Silva concluded his higher education with a Master of Health Administration at the University of Memphis in 2013. Alongside his primary degrees, he is a registered nurse, a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a certified Strength Genius Facilitator from Relationship Architects LLC. Since 2017, he has found success as the founder and chief executive officer of DaSilva Consulting LLC, and since 2020, he has been the Chief Operating Officer of 217 Solutions.
Prior to these positions, Mr. Da Silva worked as the director of operations for dermatology and surgical services for University Clinical Health at the University of Tennessee. From 2016 to 2019, he was the institution’s director of operations for plastic and burn services. From 2015 to 2016, he garnered experience as a performance improvement manager with Regional One Health, and from 2012 to 2015, he was a performance improvement coordinator with the same organization. To keep abreast of developments in his field, Mr. Da Silva is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Among his accomplishments, Mr. Da Silva’s company was named Top 6 in the running for Best Consulting Company in Memphis, and he was inducted into the Regional Leadership Program. Outside of his work, he is a trustee of the Union University Foundation, a trustee of the Jackson State Community College Foundation, and a member of the advisory council with Love Worth Finding Ministries. Mr. Da Silva attributes his success to his passion and desire to help business owners achieve success. He considers becoming a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt the highlight of his career. In the coming years, he hopes to establish a fully deployed subscription program and continue the trajectory of DaSilva Consulting LLC.
