Since 2018, Mr. Lach has excelled as the owner and president of Muretti, a leading name in handcrafted Italian kitchens, bathrooms, and closets. In this post, he oversees daily business operations, inspects products in the showroom, designs products, handles estimates and logistics, engages with customers, corresponds with clients and factories, meets with customers, and manages staff. Mr. Lach became involved in the woodworking industry at a young age, starting to practice in woodworking shops at the age of 17. Prior to his current venture, he was the owner of Modern Wood of New York.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Lach completed four years of coursework in woodworking technology in Poland. Alongside his primary endeavors, he has contributed to his community as a home improvement and charitable events volunteer. Attributing his success to his drive and upbringing, he is proudest of his family and the success of his business. In the coming years, Mr. Lach hopes to spend more time with his family while seeing the continued success of Muretti.
