His family have worked in the field of shoemaking since 1933, operating under a philosophy of using only the finest materials and techniques to create the highest quality custom shoes for clients and customers. To wit, Mr. Ercolino is proud to continue his family’s traditions.
Before beginning his professional career, Mr. Ercolino pursued a formal education, beginning with his time at San Diego State University, where he earned a liberal arts degree in 1974. He subsequently continued his studies in Italy at the ARSUTORIA School Ltd., achieving a Master of Design in footwear design in 1982. In honor of his achievements in the field, he was recognized as one of the Best of Philly by Philadelphia Magazine. Attributing much of his success to his dedication to his family’s traditions, Mr. Ercolino is notably proud to have previously made custom shoes for the President of the United States.
