With over three decades of experience to his credit, Mr. Frank has cultivated a career of excellence as an entrepreneur in the field of technology. In 1992, he founded PassTime GPS, where he continues to operate as the chief executive officer and chairman. Headquartered in Littleton, Colorado, the award-winning company is focused on providing the highest quality GPS solutions and tech possible in the automotive industry. As the head of the company, Mr. Frank serves as a leader for his colleagues and employees by guiding production initiatives and spearheading new projects.
Like Mr. Frank, many of his fellow employees are bolstered by over several decades of experience. This allows his company to provide specialized customer service, in addition to their variety of technological offerings. To wit, Mr. Frank’s business boasts dozens of technology patents and a worldwide customer base, which includes over 10,000 other businesses. Prior to founding his company, he worked extensively with a local urban design firm, where he began accruing experience in his field.
Before embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Frank pursued a formal education. Beginning his studies at The Pennsylvania State University, he earned a Bachelor of Science in botany in 1976. He subsequently continued his collegiate career at the University of Virginia, where he achieved a master’s degree in landscape architecture and urban design in 1980.
As part of his continued dedication to his profession, Mr. Frank remains a member of the board of trustees of the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA). Outside of his primary vocation, he also continues to serve as a civic-minded citizen in his community, regularly donating funds to local colleges, the Wounded Warrior Project and the Paralyzed Veterans of America. In light of his fulfilling career, he has largely attributed his success to his upbringing and strong work ethic. Mr. Frank is most notably proud to have developed a thriving business with a highly positive working environment, and he looks forward to continuing his involvement in the company for many more years to come.
