Previously, Mr. Cicchino had cultivated experience as a maintenance technician at AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation between 2010 and 2013, and as the sole proprietor of a trucking company, where he first developed the strong work ethic and attention to detail that is characteristic of his success story.
In accounting for his prosperity, Mr. Cicchino largely attributes his desire to excel, and to provide a stable environment for his employees at his family-owned business.
