With nearly 30 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Isaacks has excelled as the co-owner of Krysus Human Performance, a business that empowers others toward superior performance in athletics, work endeavors and personal lives, since 2017. During this time, she has been additionally active as a business manager with Guardian Premier Solutions. Prior to these positions, she served in the U.S. Air Force for many years, serving in the security forces between 1994 and 2007 before advancing to become the superintendent of plans and programs from 2007 to 2009, the superintendent of AT/FP for air education and training command from 2009 to 2010, an anti-terrorism officer from 2009 to 2015, and a security forces manager and an individual mobilization augmentee since 2011. Moreover, Ms. Isaacks has been affiliated with organizations including the 151 Business Association, Float Therapy Association and the Salt Therapy Association.
In light of her exceptional undertakings, Ms. Isaacks was recognized as a second-level nominee among the 12 Outstanding Airmen of the Year by the U.S. Air Force. Initially drawn to her field after being inspired to help individuals working in rescue and other high-risk professions, she has proudly provided her wealth of expertise to those in the civilian and government space, especially those living with chronic pain and post-traumatic stress disorder. Looking toward the future, Ms. Isaacks hopes to establish her businesses as the gold standard in human performance and recovery while making an impact in her community and franchising Krysus to every military installation in the United States.
