Since 1993, Mr. Fieber has been the owner of Solly’s Grille in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, he handles the business operations of the restaurant. Prior to his current position, he garnered 14 years of experience as a shop superintendent and plumbing contractor. Mr. Fieber began his career as a distribution manager and assembly supervisor for a marketing and display company. In addition to his primary roles, he was a town supervisor for four years. He contributes as a donor to a neonatal intensive care unit in Madison, Wisconsin.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Fieber completed coursework in business at Waukesha County Technical College. He additionally completed coursework in business administration and management at the Milwaukee Area Technical College. From 1968 to 1969, he was an infantry radio operator in the U.S. Army. For his professional excellence, Mr. Fieber received a James Beard Foundation Award in 2022. Solly’s Grille was recognized among the Ten Best Hamburgers in America by the U.S. News and World Report. Along with this award, Solly’s Grille was also named Best Burger in Wisconsin. In his spare time, Mr. Fieber enjoys fishing and hunting with his son.
