In these roles, Mr. Iriaquez works for large contracting companies. He believes that to achieve success in business, his staff needs to be happy, well-compensated and treated with respect. He credits his team’s exceptional work for much of the success of his businesses. Among his companies’ recent projects, Mr. Iriaquez completed $1.4 million in contracts in Largo, Maryland.
Alongside his primary endeavors, Mr. Iriaquez strives to give back. He owns a nonprofit organization named Asociación Amigos De La Sabana which operates in Honduras. Mr. Iriaquez also regularly donates to local schools, including providing desks and books. He sponsors three children’s soccer teams and donates fruit baskets to elders.
Mr. Iriaquez attributes his success to his consistency, hard work and positivity. Among his accomplishments, he is proudest of buying out his partners to become the sole owner of his company. In the coming years, he plans to continue growing his company and nonprofit organization. In his spare time, Mr. Iriaquez enjoys reading.
