With two decades of experience to his credit, Mr. Stevens is a proven expert in the real estate industry. Specializing in construction and property development, he has served as the founder and owner of Key Concepts LLC since 2019. As a leader within his company, he specializes in designing and building unique properties for various clients and customers. Primarily, he constructs property subdivisions, multifamily properties, commercial projects and luxury homes. Prior to founding his own company, Mr. Stevens excelled as a partner for C3 Homes & Development from 2013 to 2019.
Before embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Stevens honorably served in the United States Army Reserve for nine years. Additionally, he pursued a formal education, originally earning a degree in graphics and design at Southern Arkansas University Tech and subsequently achieving a Bachelor of Science in construction management at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He also remains affiliated with the Northwest Arkansas Home Builders Association. To commemorate his achievements, Mr. Stevens has been honored with several accolades, including being named a Silver Winner at the Northwest Arkansas Parade of Homes in 2022, where he also won the Online People’s Choice.
