Since 1979, Mr. Boone has excelled as the owner of C&L Development. In this role as a commercial concrete contractor, he offers commercial foundations for large constructions including apartment complexes, warehouses, airplane hangers and more. With decades of experience to his credit, Mr. Boone holds expertise in concrete and post-tensioned concrete.
As the owner of his business, Mr. Boone manages 60 employees. He meets with general contractors to discuss and negotiate contracts and handles the ordering of materials. In addition to his primary role, he is affiliated with World of Concrete and holds professional certifications.
Among his accomplishments, Mr. Boone considers his greatest achievements being published in major publications and being on the front page of the Colorado Springs Gazette for the slides he created for the Wyndham Grand Hotel. He is also proud of his longevity in the industry and his reputation for quality and integrity. In the coming years, Mr. Boone hopes to grow his business and expand into general contracting and 3D concrete painting.
Mr. Boone contributes his time as a cubmaster for the Boy Scouts of America and a member of the board of directors for the Denver Young Artist Orchestra. He gives back as a donor to cancer research and ALS research organizations. In his spare time, Mr. Boone enjoys teaching and playing lacrosse, gunsmithing, welding, music, painting and leatherworking.
