Title: President
Company: Fenner Spiegel Properties LLC
Location: Hutchinson Island, Florida, United States
Ann Fenner Spiegel, the president at Fenner Spiegel Properties LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the real estate industry.
Drawing on more than 45 years of expertise in the field of real estate, Ms. Spiegel has distinguished herself as the president and sole proprietor of Fenner Spiegel Properties LLC, a family and woman owned real estate brokerage that operates throughout the Treasure Coast region of Florida. Specializing in residential, commercial and rental properties of all types, the company caters specifically to both first time home buyers and corporate clients, such as Derecktor Shipyards, a ship building company.
Ms. Spiegel first became involved in real estate after taking several classes on the subject and obtaining a license in 1978, whereupon she co-established Batura and Fenner Inc. After selling the company to a Wall Street firm in 1984, she relocated to Michigan, where she distinguished herself in real estate sales at Max Broock Realtors until 1994. Following this period, she sold horse ranches in Colorado. During this time, she played an instrumental role in selling the 18,000 acre estate of Harry Combs, the president of the Gates Learjet Corporation. After returning to Florida, Ms. Spiegel moved to the Harbour Isle community at Hutchinson Island, where she established Spiegel Properties. Throughout the course of her career, she has long attributed her success to the expert service she is able to deliver on behalf of her clients.
To remain aware of developments in the field, Ms. Spiegel has maintained her affiliation with various organizations. Among them, she has been a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the Orlando-Winter Park Board of Realtors, the Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida, the Greater Orlando Chamber of Commerce and the West Orange Chamber of Commerce – as a certified private pilot, she sits on the latter group’s aviation committee. Likewise dedicated to civic advocacy, Ms. Spiegel is a supporter of the Florida Hometown Heroes program.
Looking toward the future, Ms. Spiegel plans to eventually turn her business over to her granddaughter, Gabriela, who has already followed her example and become one of the youngest realtors in Florida. Likewise, Ms. Spiegel hopes to continue supporting the aspirations of her children, all of whom have pursued prosperous careers in their own right.
