Prior to his current role, Mr. Castillo garnered experience as a dispatcher and operations manager for 13 years. After working for a company that is now his competitor, he felt stagnant and decided to pursue his own business interests. Mr. Castillo strongly believes that his dedication has been the most significant contributor to his success.
Among his accomplishments, Mr. Castillo considers launching his business and building it from scratch to be his greatest achievement. He is also proud of excelling through the COVID-19 pandemic by adapting to changes in demand and seeking out new customers for tent rentals. These customers included hospitals, restaurants and schools, which were now conducting activities outdoors. In the next five years, Mr. Castillo plans to transition to structured tents, following industry trends.
To keep abreast of his career field, Mr. Castillo is a member of the Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce and the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce. He has also maintained affiliation with the International Association of Better Business Bureaus Inc. and the National Federation of Independent Business. In his spare time, he enjoys riding horses and caring for animals.
