Ms. Ferester began her career in real estate in 1981, and subsequently thrived as a realtor and owner of Ferester & Company Realtors between 1991 and 1998.
To support her professional endeavors, Ms. Ferester attended The University of Tennessee. Moreover, she has maintained her affiliation with the National Association of Realtors and the Houston Association of Realtors. Notably, Ms. Ferester has been recognized among the Top 25 Realtors by the Houston Business Journal since 2001.

Ms. Ferester attributes her success to the support and encouragement of her family, particularly her husband, Robert. She is also the proud mother to four wonderful children: Shannon, Courtney, Rory and Ryan. In the coming years, Ms. Ferester hopes to continue developing her company before preparing her grandchild to acquire and manage the business upon her retirement.
