With many years of experience to his credit, Mr. Williams has excelled as the president of Enterprise Commercial Group LLC dba Prosperiti Partners since 2018, the chief operating officer for Missouri Valley REIT Inc. since 2009, and both the president and owner of Burning Tree Consulting LLC since 2008. He began his career working for the Governor of North Dakota, during which time he became involved with the North Dakota Development Fund, which was a banking investment division of the North Dakota Department of Commerce. Discovering the field of real estate soon thereafter, Mr. Williams was active in mergers and acquisitions with FORVIS, formerly known as BKD, prior to his success in his present positions.
To support his professional ambitions, Mr. Williams pursued an education at Evangel University, from which he obtained a bachelor’s degree. He continued his academic efforts with coursework at New York University and Harvard University. He concluded his studies at the University of Mary, graduating with a Master of Business Administration. In addition to these accomplishments, Mr. Williams earned his license as a real estate broker from the National Association of Realtors in 2012.
Beyond his primary responsibilities, Mr. Williams has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. Outside of real estate, he has contributed as an adjunct professor of international business at Dickinson State University in 2005 and a professor of entrepreneurship at King Saud University in 2011. He has also served as a panel speaker, a donor to charities, a sponsor of economic forums and an independent consultant in his field. Likewise, Mr. Williams has been affiliated with such organizations as the National Association of Realtors and Missouri Realtors.
In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Williams has accrued several accolades throughout his career. In 2018, his projects were honored as the Development of the Year by the Springfield Apartment & Housing Association. In the following year, Mr. Williams was recognized among the 12 People You Need to Know by the Springfield Business Journal.
Mr. Williams attributes his success to his willingness to learn, his stellar mentors and his willingness to surround himself with experts in their respective fields. Among the many highlights of his career, he is particularly proud of his involvement with the development group of two projects that were distinguished as the Springfield Apartment & Housing Association’s Development of the Year. Looking toward the future, Mr. Williams aims to continue commissioning community development projects and engagements while seeking other development opportunities that could help improve various communities.
