Prior to these positions, Ms. Gross was a music therapist, piano instructor and the owner of Alla Kesser’s Piano Studio from 2002 to 2023. She was a special education teacher and music therapist at the iSchool of Music & Art from 2012 to 2014 and a journalist and manager of Metro Magazine from 2008 to 2009. Ms. Gross began her career as a teaching assistant at the University of Western Ontario in 2007 and later garnered experience as a choir accompanist at the same institution from 2006 to 2008.
In preparation for her career, Ms. Gross earned a Bachelor of Arts in music and piano performance, with honors, from the Odessa National Music Academy in Ukraine in 2004. She earned a Master of Science in special and regular education with an emphasis on the teaching of individuals in early childhood special education programs at Touro University. In 2008, Ms. Gross graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Master of Arts in piano performance and literature.
Alongside her primary roles, Ms. Gross has found success through her creative works. She authored “The Modern Teen’s Playbook: Confidence, Communication, and Online Presence for the 21st Century” and “Elegance Unveiled: Mastering Femininity Through Timeless Etiquette” in 2023. In addition, Ms. Gross has been featured on the television show “The Breaking Barriers,” which airs in October 2023. For her professional accomplishments, she was featured on the cover of Discover Magazine in 2023 among the San Diego Power Women. In her spare time, Ms. Gross enjoys reading, music, art and playing piano.
