A native of India, Mr. Brar served for six years in the Indian Army before embarking on his professional path. He also obtained a diploma in automotive electrical engineering in India over the course of his formative years. Upon relocating to the United States, he completed undergraduate coursework at the University of Mary Washington. In 2021, Mr. Brar concluded his formal studies with an associate’s degree from Germanna Community College.
In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Brar has accrued several accolades throughout his career. In 2002, he was presented with a Sales Award from Jiffy Lube International, Inc. He was subsequently recognized by Jiffy Lube International, Inc. as the Manager of the Year in 2003. Furthermore, he was selected for inclusion in the Dean’s List for Germanna Community College. In recent years, Mr. Brar and his business endeavors have been highlighted in such publications as The Free-Lance Star, Stafford Magazine and Fredericksburg Today.
Mr. Brar attributes his success to having a winning and positive attitude as well as his determination to better himself, having worked multiple jobs for 18 hours per day for three consecutive years upon his arrival in America. Grateful for the progress he has been made from having little to owning houses and building his businesses, he is particularly proud of accomplishing his goals through his hard work, dedication and God’s grace. In the coming years, Mr. Brar hopes to establish an automotive repair shop while watching his children succeed in their future endeavors.
