In his capacity at Edge Construction, Mr. Jones draws from previous administrative roles at Isolux Corsan USA, the Lane Construction Corporation, Dave O’Mara Contractors Inc., Crider & Crider, and Milestone Contractors LP, beginning in 1995, where he built upon his skills in civil construction, underground infrastructure, and earth moving.
After graduating from Hauser High School in 1988, Mr. Jones went on to undertake industrial management coursework at Purdue University until 1991. Following this period, he pursued a career in the construction industry.
An avid golfer, Mr. Jones regularly sponsors and participates in golf charity functions, including the Riley Children’s Foundation, which seeks to improve the health and well-being of children through the funding of various hospitals, and Our Hospice Decatur Golf Tournament, which raises money on behalf of Our Hospice of South Central Indiana, a nonprofit community-based hospice program.
Though his journey has been filled with highlights, Mr. Jones is most proud to have established a family business. On a more personal level, he is gratified to have succeeded as a father of four. In accounting for his professional success, he largely credits his ability to move Edge Construction forward through hard work, dedication, outstanding employees, and a wealth of opportunities in the growing construction industry. Looking toward the future, Mr. Jones aspires to oversee a vast expansion in the scope of operations at Edge Construction.
