Between 2016 and 2022, Mr. Lepkowski excelled as a nuclear engineer at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. He served as the store manager at Harrison’s Comics, LTD, between 2011 and 2012. Additionally, he occupied the role of lifeguard at the YMCA of Greater Nashua between 2003 and 2011.
Attributing his success to hard work and a modest measure of good fortune, Mr. Lepkowski utilized these attributes to garner a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2009. He completed coursework for his master’s degree but decided not to return to college after his deployment to Afghanistan. His need to stay busy led him to entrepreneurship.
Citing the longevity of his career with the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Reserve as his greatest accomplishment, Mr. Lepkowski aims to devote the same attention to his comic book shop. In the upcoming years, his goal is to procure a new location for the shop where the business can expand and grow. The most rewarding part of his occupation is the interaction he has with the variety of individuals who visit his store.
When he is not working, Mr. Lepkowski devotes his time to many hobbies, including board and video gaming, 3D printing, woodworking, reading, and home improvement. He aspires to build his own home, encompassing his aesthetic vision and energy efficiency. He anticipates his semi-retirement in the coming years to enjoy the results of his hard work while he is still physically capable.
