With more than 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Strong has found success as the owner of Hunter Ford since 2022. Alongside this role, he has been the owner of Strong Automotive Merchandising and Strong Direct since 2004, before which he was an account executive with Martin Advertising Inc. from 2002 to 2004. Mr. Strong works with more than 350 dealerships in more than 45 states.
Mr. Strong has found additional success by sharing his knowledge through writing. He is the author of “Next Day Traffic: The Secrets to Effective Automotive Marketing.” Alongside his primary professional pursuits, he served on the board of the University of Montevallo for eight years.
Attributing his success to the support of his family, the hard work of his employees, and his innate dedication and desire to win, Mr. Strong has been recognized with multiple honors and accolades. In 2018, he was named CEO of the Year. In 2013, he was included in Top 40 Under 40 by the Birmingham Business Journal.
Mr. Strong is grateful for his father’s financial assistance when he was launching his business. In the future, he aims to double his company’s revenue and clientele while increasing the size of Hunter Ford. He also plans to acquire more dealerships. An avid outdoorsman, Mr. Strong enjoys hunting deer, quail and turkey. He also enjoys fishing, snow skiing and water skiing in his spare time.
