Attributing his success to his grandparents’ support and his military background, Mr. Mesunas cites his training in the U.S. Army as his most important educational source, with which he gained self-confidence, and leadership skills. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business from Columbia College in 1999. Additionally, he has attended a mentoring school and completed mastery courses from Stephen Covey, Brian Buffini, and Tony Robbins.
Mr. Mesunas has been presented many accolades throughout his career, including Best Residential Contractor in Sacramento from 2019 to 2023, Anji Super Service Award in 2022, Best of Sacramento by Sacramento Magazine in 2022, and recognized as the Number One Residential Contractor in Northern California for five years. Furthermore, he was a Marquis Who’s Who Nominee in 2005 and 2006. He has been inducted into the Real Estate Franchise Hall of Fame, and Chriswell Home Improvements, Inc., has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, and is highly rated on Home Advisor.
In the coming years, Mr. Mesunas aims to build his company into a generational legacy. He also intends to give back to his community by helping educate those who need his guidance to access opportunities he did not have. Outside of work, he enjoys collecting rare and vintage items, playing sports, and spending time with his children.
