She was a committee member of the American Association of Cosmetology Schools and marketing committee member of the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce. In light of her impressive undertakings, she has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was awarded Best Beauty School Marketing by Modern Salon in 2017 and finished second the previous year. She was a finalist for the Hairbrained Video Award in 2016.
