Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Karamanos pursued an education at The Culinary Institute of America, from which he obtained an associate’s degree in 2015.

He attributes his success to his family, hard work, persistence, his passion for the industry, and his desire to change people’s perceptions of experiencing something different regarding their food and cuisine. Among the many accomplishments of his career, he fondly recalls having transformed a classic diner into a fresh, different dining experience with a commitment to serving high-quality food and carefully and safely handling food for customers. In the coming years, Mr. Karamanos hopes to establish Galloway Casual Dining while exploring new concepts in hospitality, including a small plate and cocktail pairing restaurant and a dining experience surrounding Mediterranean and Asian fusion cuisines, and cementing his name as a recognizable brand that can create humbling and gratifying memories for his clients.
