He continued to work there until graduating high school, and it was this experience that sparked his interest in the field of electronics. He subsequently earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, an accomplishment he regards with great pride. Likewise, he is gratified to have made significant contributions to various projects at Motorola, resulting in four patents, all of which have been widely adopted by the automotive industry. Looking toward the future, Mr. Ivec aspires to continue indulging in dearly held pastimes, such as traveling the world and collecting memorabilia from the World War II.
