They build around 9 to 14 luxury homes annually and he purchases foreclosed properties, renovates them, and sells them for a profit. He is passionate and dedicated to the real estate business.

Mr. Michael ventured into the dog boarding and daycare business because of his first dog, Simba. He was not pleased with the existing dog boarding facilities and noticed that Simba was uncomfortable in certain places. It was then that he decided to own a franchise of Hounds Town Hillsdale as a backup plan in case the housing market did not do well or if his wife decided to leave her teaching career to care for their son. He started working in the construction field with his father in 2014, who started his business in 1980. After two years working with his father, he ventured on his own and launched NJ North Development, LLC.
In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Michael has accrued several accolades throughout his career, including Hounds Town Hillsdale’s nomination for Best of Bergen County between 2021 and 2023. In the immediate future, he is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and strives to meet the needs of his customers. He is constantly looking for ways to improve the building, facilities, and staff to ensure the best possible experience for everyone. He aims to inspire the younger generation to pursue their dreams and be bold in starting their own business. He is looking to open two additional Hounds Town Hillsdale locations within the next couple of years, At NJ North Development LLC, he intends on building more homes.
