With 8 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Parker has excelled as co-owner of Parker’s BBQ Pit since 2022. He began his career as a food vendor at the Annual Pow Wow Celebration at Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation in 2015 and 2016. He served as a Federal Emergency Management Association liaison with the Chippewa Cree Tribe in 2013. At Stone Child College, he worked as an IT specialist from 2013 to 2014. He established himself as chief executive officer at Plain Green, LLC from 2014 to 2022 before transitioning to the role of chief executive officer and founder of E2 Strategies LLC since 2022.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Parker pursued an education at The University of New Mexico where he earned an associate degree in information technology networking in 2013. He continued his academic efforts at Southern Illinois University, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in electronic systems technologies, with a project management emphasis, in 2012. At DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management, he completed a Master of Information Systems Management in 2017, and a Master of Business Administration and an Honorary Doctorate in metaphysics in 2018.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Parker has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He held executive leadership positions at Rocky Boy Schools, his local Community Development Board, and the Board of Directors of Beaver Creek Park, Montana. He was a member of the Community Revitalization Committee and volunteered as a fire department coach and as a middle and high school football and basketball coach for 10 years. Moreover, he served in the United States Navy.
In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Parker remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the Online Lenders Alliance and the Chamber of Commerce. In light of his impressive undertakings, he has accrued several accolades throughout his career. Parker’s BBQ Pit was presented with the People’s Choice Award for Best Food Truck in Havre, Montana in 2018. For his distinguished service in the United States Navy, he received three Achievement Medals, two Good Conduct Medals, an Operation Iraqi Freedom Medal, and an Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal.
