Wing Snob is a fast-casual chicken wing concept restaurant with more than 30 stores, 18 more under construction, and nearly 200 franchise locations across the Midwest, Texas, Florida, and Canada. At both companies, he manages operations, workflow transitions, and marketing. Previously, he found success as an owner of Mr. B’s Broasted Chicken.
Mr. Shunia considers himself a leader of leaders. He and his team maintain a vigilant effort to enhance and improve their operations by staying up to date on market trends, remaining attentive to the supply chain and any possible issues that could arise within it, and managing the construction process of additional locations. He and his business partner provide their franchisees with the content and marketing strategies necessary to launch new standalone restaurants. They conduct workshops on an array of subjects and offer guidance on various operations-related topics to carry the Wing Snob brand forward.
In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Shunia has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He was named among the Top 100 Movers and Shakers by QSR and among the 40 Under 40 by Crain’s Detroit Business in 2023. He was recognized as one of Lamb Weston’s biggest partners in the Midwest. Wing Snob Franchising LLC was awarded Best Wings and Fries by several local media outlets in the Metro Detroit area for four years.
Mr. Shunia considers his children and their well-being as his greatest personal accomplishment and the founding of Front Page Deli and Wing Snob as his greatest professional achievements. He is legacy-driven and committed to establishing over 1,000 franchise locations. In the immediate future, he plans to continue expanding the online learning platform for Wing Snob University, which has allowed him to streamline and enhance the onboarding process for employees and new franchise locations. With regard to Middle Eats, he and his partners hope to have 10 stores running by the end of the year.
