In 2001, Mr. Doggett assumed the role of vice president of Corporate Compliance at Perf-O-Log, a position he held until 2009. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in shaping corporate compliance strategies and fostering a culture of safety within the organization. Subsequently, he served as the director of corporate compliance at Pioneer Energy Services from 2009 to 2014, where he further solidified his reputation as a leader in regulatory compliance and risk management. From 2014 to 2018, Mr. Doggett served as the senior director and senior director QHSE at C&J Energy Services, which later became NexTier Completion Solutions. In these roles, he oversaw quality, health, safety, and environmental initiatives, driving operational excellence and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization.
