He garnered a stellar reputation as the co-owner of a group home from 2000 to 2003. He served in the United States Air Force from 1980 to 1992 and again from 2000 to 2013. Before embarking on his professional path, he pursued an education at Eastern Washington University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in applied psychology.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. McDonald has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He worked with the youth in his community for eight years. In light of his impressive undertakings, he has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He was presented with multiple service commendation medals during his military career.
Mr. McDonald considers opening a business after retiring from the United States Air Force to be his most notable career accomplishment. He envisioned C.R.E.W. Services and Consulting when he was 30 and spent 26 years turning his idea into a successful company. The company’s mission is to provide provisional, behavioral, and emotional support to families with loved ones who present with “special needs” or who may require specific resources to meet and manage their challenges. He is also proud to have had an impact on many children’s lives by influencing and helping to manage problematic behaviors.
In the immediate future, Mr. McDonald intends to continue leading and training people to work in the communities that truly need them. He also plans to build on the successes his business has already amassed. He hopes to expand his company into other states and replicate the processes and procedures that have led him to success.
