He has likewise refined his skills as a field mechanic technician, service technician, construction manager, field operations manager, and a mechanical construction department manager. Outside of his primary responsibilities, Mr. Crowder has contributed to his community as a sponsor for local girl’s youth softball teams and the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
To support his professional ambitions, Mr. Crowder pursued an education at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, from which he earned an Associate of Applied Science in heating, ventilation and air conditioning in 2018. Certified and licensed to operate in North Carolina, he was drawn to his field during his youth, as his father and uncles had worked for their grandfather’s business in the same industry. He has attributed his success to the valuable guidance provided by his mentors and his family, especially his grandfather, and cites the establishment of WNC Climate Control LLC, which he created from scratch, as the highlight of his career. Looking toward the future, Mr. Crowder hopes to maintain a continued growth trajectory for his business, with the ultimate goal of expanding his enterprise to a point where he can provide for his staff and customers alike, while prioritizing meeting the needs of his family in his spare time.
