He worked in custom homes at Fischer Homes from 2015 to 2017.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Schmitt pursued an education at Nebraska Christian College, where he completed coursework in music ministry. Beyond his responsibilities within the field, he has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He held the role of worship pastor at Rimrock Downtown Church. In light of his impressive undertakings, he has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He received a nomination for Best of Black Hills.
Mr. Schmitt believes that his humble family background played a vital role in his success. He credits his family for instilling in him the drive and motivation to succeed in life. He learned the importance of hard work and determination, and that sometimes it requires going the extra mile. His wife has been a constant source of inspiration, trust, and encouragement. Her unwavering support has enabled him to wake up every day and give his best to his colleagues and clients.
In the immediate future, Mr. Schmitt hopes to develop a high-end, million-dollar-plus development that will feature amenities that everyone can enjoy in the Black Hills. He believes that this will make the Black Hills an even better place to live. Although the area is already great, he wants to build homes that can provide more enjoyment for people.
