Carson Tesch, owner of T&T Industrial Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in mechanical contracting and fabrication.
With 30 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Tesch has excelled as a journeyman pipefitter and owner of T&T Industrial, Inc. since 2017. In his role, he oversees 70 employees, which includes pipe fitters, sheet metal workers, plumbers, insulators, fabricators, and the office staff. He manages the construction division while exploring different directions for the company. Furthermore, he handles the operations and communications with major customers. He began his career as an employee with Miller Brewery, Harley Davidson, Outside Union, and Briggs and Stratton.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Tesch pursued an education at Milwaukee Area Technical College. Beyond his responsibilities within the field, he has contributed as founder of the Future Craftsman of America Foundation since 2022. In light of his impressive undertakings, he has accrued several accolades throughout his career, and T&T Industrial Inc. also placed 313 on the list of 5,000 fastest-growing companies in America.
At the age of 16, Mr. Tesch developed a keen interest in cars and enjoyed the challenge of working with his hands to learn how different mechanical systems functioned. His father, a journeyman electrician at Briggs and Stratton, encouraged him to pursue his passion. Following his father’s advice, he discovered his love for working on production equipment and machines around the Briggs and Stratton plant. After 27 years in the trade, he decided to start his own business.
Mr. Tesch considers his greatest achievement to be building his company, which employs over 300 people and has generated over $10 million in sales. He believes the company’s positive culture and atmosphere contribute to why his employees enjoy working there. He credits his family upbringing, experiences with his siblings, and the diligence and hard work of his parents for teaching him the importance of empathy and dedication. Additionally, his father’s emphasis on education during his formative years instilled in him a strong work ethic.
In the immediate future, Mr. Tesch intends to expand his business, with the aim of doubling its size. This would enable him to offer more opportunities to employ people in his community. He hopes to provide better pay and working conditions for a larger number of individuals in the Oklahoma City area.
