He then transitioned to the role of leadman at C/S Erectors, Inc. from 2000 to 2014, where he showcased his leadership abilities and dedication to his craft. Since 2012, he has served as owner and vice president of D & C Glass and Aluminum, guiding the company towards growth and success. In 2021, he expanded his horizons by founding Pacheco Professional Consulting, leveraging his expertise to provide consulting services to clients.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Pacheco remains actively engaged in industry associations such as the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee and the Northern California Glass Management Association. He attributes his success to the guidance of his grandfather, who instilled in him a strong work ethic and forward-thinking approach.
