Since 2017, Progsit LLC has specialized in providing contracting support to the government and private sectors with software life cycle support, cybersecurity support, and administrative assistant support for the U.S. Department of Defense. Additionally, Ms. Grullon acquired APC Scientific Consultants and Associates LLC in 2020, providing software development, life cycle, and administrative assistant support. Progsit LLC proudly stands as a veteran-owned and woman-owned small business information technology service company, forged through the partnership of Ms. Grullon and Anny Pena, a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran.
Expecting to continue growing Progsit LLC in the coming years, Ms. Grullon has participated in additional training in the industry in preparation. In the meantime, she continually attends networking events, contacts customers, and works on new contract acquisitions. Extremely hardworking, Ms. Grullon is known for her kind nature and her passion for helping people, both personally and professionally. She and her team strive to create ideal solutions for their clients, convert those solutions to actions, and deliver sustainable products and personalized information technology (IT) solutions.
Among other goals, Ms. Grullon aims to become a professional coach and begin publishing books on personal development. She is currently writing her first book, which she hopes to complete in the near future. Additionally, Ms. Grullon plans to utilize subconscious reprogramming techniques to help people in their journey toward positive thinking, assist them in overcoming depression and anxiety, and help them visualize their challenges as opportunities for growth and learning.
During an earlier career stage, Ms. Grullon was affiliated with Serco as a project manager and software lead between 2005 and 2019. Active on a civic level, she has garnered additional credibility as a professional member of the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey (SHCCNJ). Ms. Grullon also donates to a local city college to support student scholarships and conferences, and further dedicates her time and resources to a local nonprofit organization committed to serving immigrants.
Possessing a rich educational background, Ms. Grullon received a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the City College of New York in 2005 and a master’s degree in management information systems from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2015. As part of her ongoing professional efforts, she is a Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers member. In light of her success, she received Second Place in the HETP and LETS Pitch Competition in 2023, an annual event hosted by the SHCCNJ to showcase and support the entrepreneurial talents of Hispanic business owners in New Jersey. Ms. Grullon attributes much of her professional success to her perseverance and determination to accomplish her goals.
