His educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University in 1980, further supplemented by an associate degree in architectural technology from Washington Technical Institution in 1973.
Throughout his esteemed career, Mr. Mills has been honored with prestigious awards such as the Man of the Year Award from the African Methodist Episcopal Church in 2014 and the Combat Infantryman’s Badge in 1967.
