Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Le’Det pursued an extensive education. He earned an associate degree in computer science from Sullivan University, followed by a bachelor’s degree in information technology. His journey culminated with an Executive Master of Business Administration in organizational leadership, with honors, from the Jack Welch Management Institute in 2017. He also holds several certifications, including diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging instructor from LionHeart HR, recertification provider from the Society for Human Resource Management, and certifications in professional training and coaching, behavior analysis and certified coach from various reputable institutions.
Mr. Le’Det attributes his success to his faith, belief in purposeful actions and a commitment to lifelong learning. He emphasizes the importance of identifying goals and being authentic in helping others. Looking ahead, he is focused on obtaining his doctorate in business administration to advance his professional journey. He believes that higher education will create more opportunities for himself and those connected to him. He is also working with a local business to build a strategic partnership and collaboration aimed at creating a multimillion-dollar organization.
