Laying a solid foundation for his future success, Mr. Leatherberry pursued an education at Northwest Technical Institute, where he earned an Associate of Science in computer-aided design engineering in 2003. He continued his academic efforts with coursework at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2009. Following these accomplishments, he completed his certification as a certified associate advisor with Health Rosetta in 2019.
In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Leatherberry has maintained his involvement as a fundraiser for Undue Medical Debt, previously RIP Medical Debt. He has also served as a former board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin and is the founder of Lauren’s Hope.

In 2023, he was presented with the Healthcare Transformation Award by The Alliance, and two of his clients received the Health Plan Hero Award.
