Prior to this position, Dr. Wen was active as the chief technology officer at Apex Supply Chain Technologies LLC from 2008 to 2015. He also served as the chief technology officer and co-founder of RM2M LLC from 2000 to 2006. Additionally, he held the role of senior system analyst at First Star Bank from 1998 to 2000 and began his career as an assistant professor at the College of Mt. St Joseph from 1996 to 1998.
Before embarking on his professional path, Dr. Wen pursued an education at Jiangxi Normal University in China, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics in 1982. He continued his academic efforts at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy in mathematics in 1996. In addition, he was a member of the Mathematical Association of America.

His contributions to the field of technology and his dedication to innovation have established him as a distinguished professional in his industry.

With extensive experience in developing enterprise software, including his work in the banking industry during the late 1990s and creating a supply chain hub for a food ingredients business, he has successfully leveraged his strong background in abstract mathematics.
