Beginning his career with Lockheed Martin from 1987 to 2000, he subsequently served as a senior network engineer with TechnoCom Corporation from 2001 to 2004, a senior software engineer and team lead with Datron World Communications Inc. from 2006 to 2010, a reference application developer with Intuit in 2013, a senior DevOps engineer with Sharp Laboratories of America in 2013, and a cloud operations senior engineer with Roambi from 2013 to 2014. Soon thereafter, he was active as a senior software engineer with Nokia/Microsoft in 2014, a senior data science and DevOps cloud infrastructure architect with MelRok Energy IoT from 2014 to 2017, and an enterprise cloud architect with the Gemological Institute of America from 2018 to 2022. Mr. Nygren was drawn to his present position after becoming curious about artificial intelligence following his departure from the Gemological Institute of America, particularly about how it could facilitate the development of complex codes and increase productivity.
To support his professional ambitions, Mr. Nygren pursued an education at Nova Southeastern University, where he parlayed his interest in computers into undergraduate coursework in computer science. He continued his academic efforts at the University of Nevada, Reno, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science in 1997 and a Master of Science in computer science in 2003. As a testament to his hard work and dedication to his field, he was previously recognized as the Employee of the Month by Datron World Communications, Inc. Looking toward the future, Mr. Nygren hopes to expand upon his expertise in real estate investments as well as bioinformatics and life sciences, as he aims to collaborate with figures in those respective industries to enhance their operations through artificial intelligence.
