In 2008, Dipol Chemical was acquired by Brenntag, the leading worldwide chemical distributor, following a turnover of $100 million.
In 2012, Dr. Roth and Dr. Irene Roth founded Depsol Technologies LLC. As the group’s chief executive officer, he has led the company in distributing chemicals and polymer materials from top global manufacturers. He is supported by a team of experts in polymer materials, polyurethanes, and logistics. Depsol Technologies excels in providing comprehensive warehousing and logistics services and operates warehouses in the US, Latvia, Lithuania, and Ukraine.
The company’s logistics solutions include railway, sea, road, and multimodal deliveries, serving industries such as construction, home appliances, pipes, footwear, automotive, wires and cables, furniture, and packaging. Dr. Roth is currently preparing investment projects for the production of polyurethane sandwich panels, flexible-facing boards, and modular houses to aid in rebuilding Ukraine.

He is also involved with the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council to promote economic cooperation and attract investment for Ukraine’s revitalization. Additionally, he plays a major role in the Rebuilding Ukraine Agency, also known as Rebuilding Ukraine Inc. The organization is a US-based, member-owned international rapid deployment agency with a mission to aid Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction, uniting professionals, financing institutions, and manufacturers from the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Ukraine.
Furthermore, thanks to his expertise, Dr. Roth has authored over 100 scientific articles and patents throughout his career. Another highlight of his career was the establishment of DepSol Technologies, which has become one of the leading European chemical distributors. Additionally, he takes pride in two major projects he has worked on – a $60 million project in Ukraine and a start-up of a $100 million chemical plant.

In his personal life, he enjoys playing chess, literature, and attending the theater.
