Brett A. Roes, Sr.

Title: Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Company: Eagle Christian Tours LLC
Location: Rome, Georgia, United States

Brett A. Roes, Sr., founder and chief executive officer at Eagle Christian Tours LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in travel and tourism.

Mr. Roes has established himself in the motorcoach travel and tourism industry, excelling as the founder and chief executive officer of Eagle Christian Tours, LLC since 2012. Eagle Christian Tours offers luxury motorcoach transportation for private groups and has distinguished themselves in the motorcoach travel industry for their culture of Grace-based hospitality. Eagle Christian Tours serves an extremely diverse client base consisting of both professional & collegiate sports teams, premium tour operators, religious organizations, conventions, civic groups, conferences, schools, and corporations. While the company currently serves guests throughout North America, they have seen extensive growth in the southeastern United States with their headquarters centrally located to the Atlanta, Chattanooga, and Birmingham metroplexes.

Under Mr. Roes’ leadership, Eagle Christian Tours has gained significant recognition in the motorcoach industry. Prevost Car of Quebec, Canada, the premier manufacturer of luxury motorcoaches in the Western Hemisphere, has featured Eagle Christian Tours in three separate customer spotlight segments highlighting their unique approach to customer care. The President of Volvo International, the parent company to Prevost, visited with the Eagle Christian Tours senior management to gain insight into its founding journey and culture of hospitality. Following that visit, senior leadership was extended an invitation to meet with Volvo’s executive team in Sweden. Additionally, Eagle Christian Tours is the youngest company ever to receive an invitation to join the International Motorcoach Group, a prestigious collection of the top 54 motorcoach companies in the U.S. and Canada. Other accomplishments include being a three-time recipient of the Bulldog 100 Award from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and being ranked as the number one consumer-reviewed motorcoach company in North America.

Reflecting on the extraordinary growth of Eagle Christian Tours, Mr. Roes says the impetus for the business came while he and his wife were serving in their church by organizing a trip for their seniors community. Their first tour passengers raved about the level of hospitality provided and asked if they could experience it again. That triggered in Mr. Roes the desire to continuously recreate these same delightful experiences in the motor coach industry going forward. Risking everything, he launched the company in his driveway and within three years had grown it into a full-fledged enterprise. He believes that their unique approach to hospitality creates such exceptional experiences for their guests that they become what he calls “raving fans.” Mr. Roes is convinced that Eagle Christian Tours’ unwavering dedication to a culture of being Driven, Humble & Kind is why they have been able to attract such high-caliber employees and, subsequently, why Eagle Christian Tours has been recognized as one of the best workplaces in America.

Before founding Eagle Christian Tours, Mr. Roes’ career included significant contributions in various fields. He invested sixteen years in the nonprofit sector focused primarily on organizational management and capital expansion initiatives for churches, colleges, and private foundations. Most notably, his leadership in the adaptive reuse transformation of Berry College’s Normandy Dairy Farm into the Chick-fil-A WinShape Retreat Center stands out above the others in sheer scale and historical significance.

Mr. Roes’ earlier roles in the business sector include nine years at Roes Rigging, a division of Bernard A. Roes & Son Inc, and eight years in sales & marketing at the Kraft Heinz Company. Personally, his most meaningful achievement was serving local communities as an ordained minister of The Gospel. Mr. Roes held tenure at The Church at Northside, the Chick-fil-A WinShape Foundation, Bryan College, and Calvary Christian Fellowship, serving in both pastoral and executive leadership capacities.

Mr. Roes’ educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Bible from Bryan College, where he was later hailed as the Alumni of the Year. Mr. Roes attributes much of this success to his parents mentoring, hard work, collaboration with leaders more gifted than himself and ultimate reliance on his faith. Looking toward the future, he is focused on establishing a private charitable foundation as part of a desire to create a sustainable legacy of generosity for his children, his faithful employees, and his personal philanthropic interests.
