He subsequently refined his impressive skill set by obtaining numerous additional certifications, including as a certified financial planner (CFP), a chartered financial consultant (ChFC), and an accredited behavioral finance professional (ABFP). In fact, upon earning his designation as a certified financial planner, Mr. Blottenberger was distinguished as one of the youngest individuals to do so at the time and established him as an in-demand figure in his field.
Mr. Blottenberger ultimately began his career with Wealth Strategy Partners, LLC, in 2010, a firm renowned for its comprehensive approach to financial planning. Unlike most firms that primarily focus on selling their services, Wealth Strategy Partners emphasized the importance of providing holistic advice and guidance, which aligned perfectly with his personal philosophy. Between 2010 and 2018, he found much success as a financial advisor and planner, carving out a stellar reputation in both money management and client relations. Upon realizing that the traditional financial planning model was not enough to truly impact his clients’ lives, Mr. Blottenberger explored new methods of improving his practice, from developing tools and systems to delving into the psychology of money and the correlation between human behavior and financial control.
Perturbed by the fundamental flaws in the financial sector, Mr. Blottenberger eventually founded Paradigm Shift Financial, LLC, in 2018 to not only manage assets but also enable his clients to understand and control their financial destinies. At Paradigm Shift Financial, he focuses on building out systems and tools that can be managed by either people or artificial intelligence. He is also active as a committed philanthropist, contributing to organizations such as Save the Children, Men’s Leadership Hawaii, and the Rotary Club.
