Additionally, he holds memberships with the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, a professional organization dedicated to supporting and advancing the work of plaintiff’s attorneys in the Dallas area, promoting justice, and advocating for the rights of individuals through education, networking, and legal advocacy, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, a statewide organization committed to protecting the rights of individuals, promoting the civil justice system, and supporting trial lawyers in their pursuit of justice through advocacy, education, and public outreach.
Mr. Goff is also dedicated to the Department Veterans Assistance Program, which provides essential support and services to veterans, including financial aid, housing assistance, and access to healthcare, aimed at improving their quality of life and helping them transition smoothly into civilian life, and the Wounded Warriors Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting veterans and service members. Laying a solid educational foundation for these successes, he earned a Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2016 and was admitted to the Texas Bar. In light of his impressive undertakings, he has been honored with the Best of America for Personal Injury in 2023 and 2024, Rising Stars by Super Lawyers in 2024, Ones to Watch by Best Lawyers in 2023, and Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers. In the coming years, Mr. Goff aims to take 20 cases to verdict, achieve 10 million dollars in recovery, and become a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. The American Board of Trial Advocates is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges committed to preserving and promoting the right to a civil jury trial, as well as elevating the standards of legal professionalism, integrity, and advocacy in the courtroom. He believes in focusing on specific areas of interest and setting personal goals related to finances, case numbers, and practice areas. He is looking to transition his practice toward national mass torts, as he sees this as the future of personal injury law. He is excited about the potential for growth in this direction, believing there is more to achieve beyond handling car wreck cases. Additionally, he plans to expand his practice and team by hiring additional associates or paralegals.
