Mr. Spranger has since excelled as the president of the aforementioned corporation for more than 50 years, a position in which he is responsible for supervising total operations, all marketing, and sales while offering invaluable expertise to his management team via consulting.
In addition to being president at Mason Engineering, Mr. Spranger expanded his entrepreneurial ventures by founding Alpha Electronics International Inc. in 1988, where he also served as president until 2010. During this time, he was likewise active as the president of Omega Properties Ltd., from 1974 to 2010, highlighting his versatility and adeptness in managing diverse business interests. Furthermore, Mr. Spranger was appointed as a recordkeeping office manager with the U.S. Army.
Beyond his primary roles, Mr. Spranger has continually demonstrated a commitment to his community and personal development. He has maintained his involvement with Willow Creek Community Church, as he is dedicated to civic engagement and spiritual growth. He has also provided his wealth of knowledge to the SCORE Association as a volunteer business mentor. Mr. Spranger’s early achievements as an eagle scout in the Boy Scouts of America laid a foundation of leadership and perseverance that he embodies to this day.

He firmly believes in the importance of looking toward the future and refusing to dwell on the past. He is renowned among his peers for his optimistic outlook in the face of significant challenges, such as the 2008 financial crash which resulted in substantial losses due to the overnight crash of all real estate by 50 percent of its value and the following day when the stock markets crashed of more than 50 percent of its total value. Rather than being consumed by the setbacks affecting his three businesses, he shifted his focus to finding constructive ways to move forward. Mr. Spranger’s resilience and determination have been instrumental in his ability to overcome obstacles and achieve lasting success.
Among his most notable achievements, Mr. Spranger is incredibly proud of thriving with three separate yet highly profitable companies, all of which he stewarded from scratch. Mason Engineering & Designing Corp., Alpha Electronics International Inc., and Omega Properties Ltd. each stand as a testament to his entrepreneurial prowess and business acumen. Particularly remarkable is the success of his first real estate venture, where he purchased and sold a building, resulting in a $1.2 million profit.
Currently, Mr. Spranger is channeling his extensive knowledge and experience into writing a book titled “How to Start and Really Succeed in Your Own Business: Habits That Will Make You Super Successful.” With the book expected to be completed in the coming days and available in the market prior to 2025, the publication is a testament to his dedication to sharing his insights and empowering aspiring entrepreneurs.
