Reverend Juliette Osborne, APN, Nurse Practitioner at Rev. Juliette Osborne Outreach Foundation (RJOOF), has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in nonprofit administration.
With years of experience to her credit, Rev. Osborne has excelled as the founder and president of the Rev. Juliette Osborne Outreach Foundation (RJOOF), a New Jersey-based nonprofit organization dedicated to philanthropic and humanitarian initiatives benefitting the less fortunate through Christian Outreach endeavors and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. Her success as a business owner extends to her work as the founder of PJO Health Services LLC, a healthcare company committed to elevating the standard of compassionate care in order to not only treat but empower their patients where she likewise served as a nurse practitioner. Formerly affiliated with Clover Health, she served as a registered nurse in the state of New Jersey for eight years prior. Attributing her stellar record as an entrepreneur and nurse to her unwavering faith in God, Rev. Osborne was notably presented with an Outstanding Award from the Education Opportunity Fund and New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine in 2009.
To support her professional ambitions, Rev. Osborne pursued an education at Mercer Community College, from which she obtained an Associate of Arts in social science and an Associate of Science in Nursing in 2009. She continued her academic efforts at Chamberlain University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 and a Master of Science in Nursing alongside her Family Nursing Practitioner certification in 2019. In 2021, Rev. Osborne concluded her studies at Wilkes University with postgraduate coursework as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
A firm believer that her path has been paved by the will of God, Ms. Osborne was forced to make a difficult choice earlier in her career between working full-time and caring for her daughter, who has special needs. However, her decision to care for her daughter enabled her to return to school to learn nursing, completing her degree in less than two years with honors. She considers the opportunity to carry out her passion while operating as a servant of God and a parent to a special needs child as her proudest accomplishment. Looking toward the future, Ms. Osborne hopes to travel from state-to-state to inspire people with messages of hope and faith before eventually building a church and continuall improving the quality of life for vulnerable individuals.
