Since beginning the company in 2010, Ms. Lugo has built it into a business worth more than $1 million and with 35 employees. Prior to this, she worked for the Eastman Kodak Company.
Ms. Lugo has garnered noteworthy praise for her stewardship of Premier Cleaning Solutions. She was honored with the Franchise Business Owner of the Year Award by Coverall North America Inc. in 2023. Ms. Lugo credits that success to her sense of responsibility and her attention to detail in her work. She prides herself on maintaining positive relationships with her colleagues and clients, often treating them like family. Ms. Lugo considers it the most gratifying part of her job when a client is pleased with the cleanliness of their space after her team finishes its work. She is also grateful to have many family members involved with the business, including her son and one of her grandsons.
Outside of her career, Ms. Lugo finds fulfillment in gardening and donating to her local church. She is beginning to consider retirement in the near future but plans to set Premier Cleaning Solutions up for continued prosperity first. With that in mind, Ms. Lugo is working hard to pass on her business knowledge to her son and grandson. She looks forward to providing her family and co-workers more opportunities for learning and growth.
