His role as parts manager introduced him to IT and network administration, where he gained experience installing computer networks and managing servers. His technical expertise spans Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, enabling him to troubleshoot a wide range of software issues with confidence. Transitioning into the diagnostic field, he became involved with Snap-on tools, joining their information group while also engaging in business consultancy and management software training, frequently conducted PowerPoint presentations, and led regular training sessions to share his knowledge.
